Natasha Neary

Natasha (Tasha) Neary is a Project Development Manager at Eden, specialising in power purchase agreement (PPA) projects. She takes projects and portfolios from heads of terms through to practical completion and handover, managing relationships with clients, funders, contractors, lawyers, insurers and local authorities along the way.

Tasha joined Eden in July 2022 as a Legal Project Manager and moved into her current role in January 2025. She has developed standalone projects for clients including Forthglade, Sofina, Faltec and Huntapac, as well as a 1.67MW portfolio across six sites for Parfetts. The work takes her into almost every corner of the business, from legal and planning to delivery, asset management and insurance, and that variety is a large part of why she enjoys it.

Before Eden, Tasha built a broad legal career, working in areas from criminal litigation to NHS Continuing Healthcare funding and medical negligence. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2019 and now holds non-practising status, putting that legal grounding to use in project development and in overseeing Eden's legal processes.

Away from work, Tasha is usually outdoors, whether in the garden, on her family's farm, at her allotment or on a long walk in the countryside. She's also an artist who always has a new piece on the go, and spends as much time as she can with her dog, family and friends.
