What are my Funding Options?
Self-Funded (CAPEX)
With self-funded solar you pay for the installation upfront and own the system outright. Whilst this provides complete ownership, due to the initial capital investment the payback and returns typically don't materialise until around year seven. However, you will benefit from free electricity from day 1, giving your P&L an immediate boost.
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
A Solar Power Purchase Agreement is a financing agreement. It combines a lease arrangement with an electricity purchase contract. We install, own, and operate a solar panel system on your premises, selling you the electricity generated at a pre-agreed rate that's lower than conventional grid electricity. Typically this is 30% to 40% lower and it also gives you the security of avoiding market fluctuations and price spikes.
Under a PPA, you simply commit to purchasing the clean electricity your solar array generates over a 25-year period. There's no upfront cost, no debt on your balance sheet, and no maintenance responsibilities - which is why it's known as the 'zero-capital solution'.

What are the Benefits of a PPA?
A Solar Power Purchase Agreement offers the ideal route to renewable energy without the financial barriers. You'll enjoy immediate electricity cost savings from day one, with no upfront investment or balance sheet impact.
We handle all installation, maintenance, and monitoring responsibilities, whilst you benefit from fixed energy costs that protect against future price rises.
The 25-year commitment actually enhances your property value, and at the end of the term, you can take ownership for a nominal fee or have the system removed. It's a risk-free way to achieve your sustainability goals whilst improving your bottom line.
