Tony is an accomplished professional with 17 years’ experience in the industry. As Head of Delivery, he oversees all stages of project execution, from initial planning and contract negotiations to final delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

With a keen strategic focus, Tony leads cross-functional teams and manages external contractors to maintain high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. Known for his expertise in contracts management and financial oversight, Tony ensures that every project delivers on both performance and value.

In addition to his role at Eden, Tony has been an on-call Firefighter with Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service for over 10 years.
