Rosie Robinson-Jones

Rosie Robinson-Jones looks after around 175 live solar sites in Eden's operations and maintenance team. She uses SolarEdge and Juggle to monitor how each system is performing and steps in when generation drops. In one case, an inverter showed a grid outage that a client reboot didn't fix. Rosie took it to the manufacturer and traced the problem to a firmware update the inverter needed.

Her role has grown well beyond monitoring. She handles client handovers, making sure every system is compliant and that customers get a smooth introduction to aftercare. She also works on asset management and on setting up export PPAs, which let clients sell their surplus power.

Rosie joined Eden in September 2023, straight after finishing her A-levels.

Outside work, she coaches Olympic lifting and CrossFit classes every week. She has also taken up long-distance running and has completed her first ultramarathon.
