As a key member of the Operations and Maintenance team, Rosie excels in organizing site audits, identifying and implementing fixes, and ensuring optimal system production. Her keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities make her an invaluable asset to the team. Rosie is proficient in project management, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting. She is adept at using various software tools to monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

Outside of her professional role, Rosie is a dedicated fitness enthusiast. She spends her free time at her CrossFit gym, running, surfing, and coaching others. Her commitment to health and wellness mirrors her dedication to her work, making her a well-rounded and dynamic individual.
