Justin Leger

Justin Leger is Co-Managing Director of Eden Sustainable, a UK commercial solar developer specialising in funded on-site renewable energy solutions for energy-intensive businesses.

Originally trained as a lawyer, Justin was a Partner at Stephens Scown LLP, where he spent more than 11 years advising on energy and real estate law. During this time he worked exclusively on clean energy projects across the UK, developing deep expertise in the legal, commercial and regulatory frameworks that underpin successful renewable infrastructure development.

Over the past decade, Justin has advised on and helped deliver more than 150 commercial solar projects nationwide, supporting a wide range of organisations including manufacturers, cold storage operators, leisure businesses, industrial estates and multi-site portfolios. His experience spans the full lifecycle of a project, from structuring and financing through to delivery and long-term operation.

At Eden Sustainable, Justin leads the structuring and delivery of projects, including private Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and CapEx-funded on-site generation, helping organisations secure long-term energy price certainty, reduce carbon emissions and overcome capital constraints.

With a unique blend of legal insight, commercial acumen and sector experience, Justin provides clients with trusted guidance on navigating the transition to clean, cost-effective energy.
