Sam de Paz, Head of Operations
Sam is an experienced senior level director and manager with strong leadership and management skills. She has managed the P&L and strategic direction for several businesses in Director/Head of capacities.
Sam has worked in the new build, construction, energy, interconnect, property, and solar sectors. She has 28 years’ experience within technical manufacturing, property development and latterly, commercial solar, a sector she has been working in since 2010. She brings with her best-in-class learnings from a range of industries.
In her capacity as Head of Business Operations, Sam manages the project delivery and design functions while additionally working along-side sales and business development.
