The Challenge
West Buckland school in north Devon wanted to improve their carbon footprint and make protections against rising energy costs, whilst also demonstrating environmental leadership to their students.
The Solution
Eden installed 1,000 panels on site and combined with the array on their roof, we believe that they are now the largest solar school in the country. As a result, they have achieved a Distinction Green Flag from the Eco-Schools programme. Over its lifetime they will save over 4,000 tonnes of carbon.
