The Challenge

Sytner Group, one of the UK’s leading automotive retailers, is deeply committed to sustainability, but faced a significant challenge: how to reduce carbon emissions across a large and diverse property portfolio while maintaining operational efficiency and brand excellence? With multiple high-energy-use sites and a desire to take meaningful climate action, they needed a solution that was scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with their long-term environmental goals, without compromising on quality or aesthetics.

The Solution

Eden Sustainable partnered with Sytner to deliver a tailored commercial solar strategy across five of their sites, with more in the pipeline. As a self-funded initiative, Eden provided full turnkey support, from feasibility and design through to installation and grid connection. Each system was engineered to maximise on-site generation, reduce reliance on grid electricity, and seamlessly integrate with Sytner’s operations. Our team worked closely with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and maximum performance, showcasing our ability to deliver high-impact solar solutions at scale.
