Midland Building Products are a complete door solutions manufacturer based in West Bromwich.
The Challenge
As a high-energy user, MBP wanted to reduce volatility in their electricity costs. They were also unsure of the complexity and the impact solar would have on their operations, they decided to embark on two small installations first.
The Outcome
The installation went to plan and due to its immediate impact and success, MBP are actively considering adding more solar to their operations. The initial array is estimated to save them £17,000 a year and will see a payback within 5 to 6 years.
