Eden Sustainable’s solarcoaster ride continues, crowned SME of the Year at British Business Awards

The Eden trophy cabinet has seen a lot of action in recent months, and last week was no exception, as we were crowned SME of the Year at the Great British Business & Community Awards. We had recently scooped the award for the South West region, and on Friday, national winners were announced at the event hosted at the Reading Hilton Hotel.

The Judges’ comments included: “Eden has made this year's Sunday Times 100, coming in at number 36; 32 Employees, £14 million turnover; commitment to sustainability; you are meeting a global need and we are impressed with your journey/efforts – Well Done!"

Eden Group Chairman, Steve Baker commented, “I am very proud of the whole Eden team for winning this award presented to us last night - National SME of The Year! Thanks to everyone across our business for all their continued hard work. We are well and truly riding the solarcoaster as we push towards net zero.”

The event was attended by three of our Eden Generation installation and design team, namely Doniver Purse, Hamish Jefferson and Dallas Read.
